2021 Storm Sewer Inspection

Bids for the construction of 2021 Storm Sewer Inspection will be received by the City of Richland at Richland City Hall located at 380 Scarborough Street, Richland, MS 39218 until August 27, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. local time, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. Electronic bids will be accepted for this project.

The Project includes the following Work:
Inspecting and cleaning approximately 8,000 linear feet of gravity storm sewer and approximately 50 drainage structures.

Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found at the following website: www.engserviceplans.com. Bidding Documents may be viewed, purchased, and submitted electronically via the designated website. The website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.

Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained by paying a non-refundable deposit of $75.00 for each set.

Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
