Sealed Proposals for ADVANCED METERING INFRASTRUCTURE AND SERVICES will be received by Greenwood Utilities until 2:00 p.m. local time on the 6th day of October, 2021, at which time and place all Proposals will be received.

CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: Proposal documents are being made available via paper or digital copy. Plan holders are required to log-in or register for an account at www.atwellandgentprojects.com to view
and order Proposal Documents. All plan holders are required to have a valid email address for registration. Proposal documents are nonrefundable and must be purchased through the website. For anyone interested in submitting their Proposal electronically in place of a sealed Proposal, they may do so only through www.atwellandgentprojects.com. Questions regarding website registration, online orders
or electronic proposals please contact Plan House at (662) 407- 0193.

SUBMITTAL OF SEALED PROPOSALS: Sealed Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope,
plainly marked on the outside as “PROPOSAL ENCLOSED”, and addressed to: Greenwood Utilities
Cathy Curry, Billing / Customer Accounting Manager
101 Wright Place Greenwood, MS 38930.

SUBMITTAL OF ELECTRONIC PROPOSALS: Each electronically submitted Proposal must be submitted in “pdf” format and shall contain the same information and forms as required for hard copy.

Proposals. In the event that an electronically submitted Proposal has a corrupted attachment, the
Proposal may be considered null and void.
The Greenwood Utilities Commission reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals submitted and to waive any informalities or technicalities therein. Proposals shall be prepared in accordance with the
Form of Proposal requirements bound in the Specifications. No Proposer may withdraw a Proposal for a period of ninety (90) days after the date set for the opening of Proposals. The Greenwood Utilities Commission reserves the right, within the limitations of state law, to reject any or all Proposals received, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Proposals received, or to accept any Proposal which is deemed most favorable to the City. Proposals shall be prepared in accordance with the Request for Proposals for ADVANCED METERING INFRASTRUCTURE AND SERVICES.
