Electronic Bids will be received at plans.fm.msstate.edu and shall include a copy of their Certificate of Responsibility as an attachment to the electronic bid. Sealed bids and electronic bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. on 20 January 2022.

A Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for 2:00pm Thursday, December 16th, 2021 in the President’s Reception Room in Humphrey Coliseum, Mississippi State, MS 39762.

Bid preparation will be in accordance with Instructions to Bidders bound in the Project Manual. Mississippi State University reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids. NOTE: Telephones and desks will not be available for bidders use at the bid site.
