Bids for the construction of CLINTON PUBLIC SCHOOLS FACILITIES REPAIRS & IMPROVEMENTS will be received at the office of CLINTON PUBLIC SCHOOLS located at 201 EASTHAVEN DRIVE, CLINTON, MS, 39060, until January 7th, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. local time. At that time, the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud. Electronic bids will be accepted for this project.
The Project includes the following Work:

Base Bid Items

7,300 square yards +/- of asphalt milling, 945 tons +/- of surface course asphalt, 415 tons +/- of 610 limestone, 335 cubic yards +/- of muck excavation, 170 cubic yards +/- of select fill, 660 tons +/- of base course asphalt, 1,330 linear feet +/- of 4” pavement markings, and 350 linear feet +/- of 6” plastic drainage pipe, 4 plastic drainage inlets.

Add Alternate Items

545 linear feet +/- of 8” C-900 waterline plus appurtenances, 2 reconnections to existing waterline, and 4 reconnections of existing fire hydrant assemblies, 300 square yards +/- of asphalt removal, 150 cubic yards +/- of muck excavation, 200 tons +/- of base course asphalt, 130 tons +/- of surface course asphalt.

Bidding Documents may be viewed, purchased, and submitted electronically via the designated website. The website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.

Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained by paying a non-refundable deposit of
$150.00 for each set.

Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
