Sealed Bids for the construction of Q.T. TODD ROAD WATER for the Town of Ecru, MS, will be received by the Town of Ecru, 176 Main Street, Ecru, MS 38841, until 2:00 p.m. on January 11, 2022, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud.

SCOPE OF WORK: The Project consists of construction of a new water line, including water line
trenching, directional bored water line, and appurtenances.

Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Contract Documents, including Drawings and Specifications, are being made available via paper copy or digital copy. Plan holders are required to log-in or register for a plan room account at www.esiplans.com to view and order Bid Documents. All plan holders are required to have a valid email address for registration. Bid Documents are non-refundable and must be purchased through the website.

SUBMITTAL OF ELECTRONIC BIDS: Each electronically submitted bid must be submitted in “pdf” format and shall contain the same information and forms as required for the paper bids. Note – electronic bids must be secured with a bid bond. In the event that an electronically submitted bid has a corrupted attachment, the bid will be considered null and void by the owner.
