Sealed bids will be received by the Forrest County Agricultural High School at the Board Room located at 215 Old Highway 49 E, Brooklyn, MS 39425, until 2 p.m. on Friday, February 4, 2022 at which time all proposals will be opened and read aloud for:

Bid documents may be obtained from Albert & Robinson Architects via Plan House Printing at https://www.ar- architectsprojects.com. Login information (username and password) will be provided by Plan House Printing at (601) 336-6378. Bid documents are available in hard copy form for a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 per set of documents, made payable to Albert & Robinson Architects. Bid preparation shall be in accordance with instructions to bidders bound in the project manual. A Pre-bid meeting will be held on January 20, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at Forrest County Agricultural High School. Attendance by all Bidders is strongly encouraged.

Each delivered bid must be received in a sealed envelope which is marked in the lower left-hand corner with the legend, “Forrest County Agricultural High School Window Restoration and HVAC Replacement.” Electronic Bids must be received with an acknowledged cover sheet, providing the same legend.

The Forrest County Agricultural High School reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and all bids.
