2039-LHA Laurel Housing Authority Welcome Center #11714

The Laurel Housing Authority of Laurel Mississippi is accepting bids for rehabilitating an existing housing facility building to create a new Welcome Center to be located at 605 Leontyne Price Blvd. Bids will be received until 10:00 A.M., Local Time on the 23rd day of June, 2022 at the Administrative Office of the Laurel Housing Authority located at 701 Leontyne Price Blvd., Laurel, MS 39440, at which time all Bids will be publicly opened.

Plans and specifications may be obtained from the office of MMA, 408 A North Magnolia Street, Laurel, MS 39440 or by contacting Michael McKinnon via email at mma@studiodola.com or by calling (601) 498-6346. Contractors submitting bids or being considered for this work shall be licensed to perform such work by the State of Mississippi and shall submit evidence of such license before the bid may be opened or considered.

There will be a pre-bid Meeting held at the Townley Center located at 516 S 13th Avenue on Wednesday, June 8th at 10:00 am. Attendance is not mandatory, but is highly recommended.
