Sealed bids for the construction of PUMP STATION REPLACEMENTS will be received by the Town of Farmington, 4135 Co Rd 200, Corinth, MS 38834, until 2:00 p.m., July 14th and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

Contract Documents, including Drawings and Specifications, may be examined at the office of Engineering Solutions, Inc., located at 180 Magee Drive, Pontotoc, MS and also can be viewed and/or purchased at Engineering Solutions, Inc. plan room at www.esiplans.com.

Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be lump sum pay items as indicated in the Bid Form. Contract Documents, including Drawings and Specifications, are being made available via paper copy or digital copy. Plan holders are required to log-in or register for a plan room account at www.esiplans.com to view and order Bid Documents. All plan holders are required to have a valid email address for registration. Bid Documents are non-refundable and must be purchased through the website. For anyone interested in submitting bids electronically in place of sealed bid, they may do so only through www.esiplans.com. SUBMITTAL OF ELECTRONIC BIDS: Each electronically submitted bid must be submitted in “pdf’ format and shall contain the same information and forms as required for the paper bids.

Note – electronic bids must be secured with a bid bond. In the event that an electronically submitted bid has a corrupted attachment, the bid will be considered null and void by the owner.

Each bid submitted must be marked on the outside “Bid for: Pump Station Replacements, Town of Farmington”.

A satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder or an accepted Surety, a certified check, or bank draft payable to the TOWN OFF ARMINGTON, on negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (at par value), shall be submitted with each bid in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid.
