Sealed bids will be received by the Southeast Mississippi Rural Health Initiative at the SEMRHI Administrative Offices in the Board Room located at 5488 US Hwy 49, Hattiesburg, MS, 39401, until 2 p.m. on August 9, 2022 at which time all proposals will be opened and read aloud for:

Bid documents may be obtained from Albert & Robinson Architects via Plan House Printing at https://www.ar- architectsprojects.com. Login information (username and password) will be provided by Plan House Printing at (601) 336-6378. Bid documents are available in hard copy form for a non-refundable fee of $300.00 per set of documents, made payable to Albert & Robinson Architects. Bid preparation shall be in accordance with instructions to bidders bound in the project manual. Each delivered bid must be received in a sealed envelope which is marked in the lower left-hand corner with the legend, “SEMRHI Education and Resource Center” Electronic Bids must be received with an acknowledged cover sheet, providing the same legend. All bidders are to upload electronic bids in .PDF format only.

The Southeast Mississippi Rural Health Initiative reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and all bids.
