Project Description: Project consists of restoration of historic windows with sash replacement and exterior door restoration. Owner will receive sealed lump sum bids until the bid time and date at the location given below. Owner will consider bids prepared in compliance with the Instructions to Bidders issued by Owner, and delivered as follows: Bid Date: Thursday, February 16, 2023. Bid Time: 2:00 p.m., local time. Location: Water Valley Courthouse Chancery Clerks Office, 201 Blackmur Drive, Water Valley, Mississippi 38965. Bids will be thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.
