SEALED proposals will be received by the Town of Puckett at Heflin Engineering, 1700 W Government St, Building “A”, Suite “J”, Brandon, MS 39042 or electronic bids submitted via www.heflinengineeringbids.com until 10:00 AM, local time, February 9, 2023 at which time and place, the Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Any bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened.

The work shall consist of the construction of water distribution improvements at Town of Puckett. Copies of the Plans, Specifications, and other Bidding Documents are available for download or in hard copy format from www.heflinengineeringbids.com or for public viewing at the office of the Engineer, Heflin Engineering, LLC, 1700 West Government Street, Building "A", Suite "J", Brandon, Mississippi. Documents must be purchased through the website and such costs are non‐refundable. For questions related to the online bidding process, please contact Plan House Bidding Group (662‐407‐0193).

Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond, certified check or cashier's check in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid shall be furnished by each Bidder as required by the Contract Documents.
