Sealed bids for construction of the above captioned project will be received in the Board Room, Pike County Board of Supervisors, Courthouse Annex, Magnolia, Mississippi until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 2, 2023. At that time, bids will be opened and read aloud. Bidders who wish to submit bids electronically shall bid through www.coxarchplans.com. No other electronically transmitted bid will be acceptable.

SCOPE OF THE WORK: This project entails renovations to the façade of the existing Health Department Building including a new entry to the building.

CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: Contract (bid) documents are available via paper copy or digital copy. To preview plans, contractors are required to register for a free online account (utilizing a valid email address) at www.coxarchplans.com where they can view and order Bid Documents in either printed or electronic format. Bid documents may only be purchased through the website. All questions regarding website registration, online orders or electronic bidding shall be directed to Plan House Printing at (662) 407-0193.

SUBMITTAL OF BID PROPOSALS: Each bid must be submitted either physically in a sealed envelope or electronically transmitted in Adobe PDF format. All bid proposals shall include fully executed bid form(s) and all additionally required documentation in accordance with the “Instructions to Bidders” which are bound in the Project Manual and in accordance with the Bid Laws of the State of Mississippi. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids.
