CENTRAL RANKIN WATER ASSOCIATION, INC.

SEALED proposals will be received by Central Rankin Water Association, Inc. at the office of the Engineer, 1700 West Government Street, Building "A", Suite "J"(P.O. Box 47), Brandon, Mississippi 39043 or electronic bids submitted via www.heflinengineeringbids.com until 10:00 AM , local time, March 3, 2023, at which time and place, the Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Any bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened.

The work shall consist of the construction of approximately 14,000 linear feet of 8” PVC water main & appurtenances.

Copies of the Plans, Specifications, and other Bidding Documents are available for download or in hard copy format from www.heflinengineerinbids.com. Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond, certified check or cashier's check in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid shall be furnished by each Bidder as required by the Contract Documents

Minority and woman's business enterprises are solicited to bid on this contract as prime contractors and are encouraged to make inquiries regarding potential subcontracting opportunities, equipment, material and/or supply needs.

Central Rankin Water Association, Inc. reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any and all informalities and reserves the right to hold all Bids for examination for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days and to award the Contract to the lowest and best Bid complying with the Plans and Specifications within said time.
