Sewer Rehabilitation
City of Pontotoc, MS

Sealed Bids for the construction of SEWER REHABILITATION for the City of Pontotoc, MS, will be received by the City of Pontotoc, 116 N. Main Street, Pontotoc, MS 38863, until 10:00 a.m. on Monday, May 11, 2020, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud.
SCOPE OF WORK: The Project consists of making improvements to the existing City of Pontotoc sanitary sewer collection system as described in the attached plans and specifications. Items of work include: Cleaning and Camera Inspection, Manhole Rehabilitation, Manhole Replacement, Pipeline Replacement, Pipe Lining, and Point Repairs.

Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Contract Documents, including Drawings and Specifications, are being made available via paper copy or digital copy. Plan holders are required to log-in or register for a plan room account at www.esiplans.com to view and order Bid Documents. All plan holders are required to have a valid email address for registration. Bid Documents are non-refundable and must be purchased through the website. For anyone interested in submitting bids electronically in place of sealed bid, they may do so only through www.esiplans.com.\

Bid security and other requirements shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.

SUBMITTAL OF ELECTRONIC BIDS: Each electronically submitted bid must be submitted in “pdf” format and shall contain the same information and forms as required for the paper bids. Note – electronic bids must be secured with a bid bond. In the event that an electronically submitted bid has a corrupted attachment, the bid will be considered null and void by the owner.
