REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The CITY OF OXFORD is seeking proposals from artists for the design and fabrication of a public sculpture to be located in the roundabout at South Lamar and Belk Boulevards. To download the full submission requirements, please visit www.oxfordmsbids.com. Proposers that do not follow the instructions in the SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS section may be disqualified. Proposals may be submitted via hand-delivery, US Mail, or electronic submission. All submissions are due before 2:00 pm on Friday November 20th.

The project will be awarded based on the best-qualified submittal and is subject to the approval of the Mayor and Board of Alderman. The Board of Alderman reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any and all informalities.
