Sealed Bids will be received by the Board of Trustees of Pass Christian School District, 6457 Kiln Delisle Road, Pass Christian, MS 39571 in the Board Room until 10:00 a.m. on, March 23, 2021,

at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Plans and specifications are on file at certain plan rooms and copies thereof may be obtained from:

Plans and specifications are being made available via original paper copy. Plan Holders are required to register and order bid documents at www.mhardyarchitect.com Bid deposits in the amount of $100.00 per set for documents are non-refundable and must be purchased through the website. Questions regarding website registration and online orders please contact Plan House Printing and Graphics 228-248-0181.
For questions related to the contract documents contact Hardy and Associates, PLLC at 228-215-1851. A charge of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) shall be made for each additional set. Local Plan Room will be issued one (1) set free of charge. No partial sets of drawings or project manuals will be issued.

Proposal shall be submitted on Bid Forms provided with the specifications. Bids may be submitted in person or, for those interested, bids can be electronically submitted at www.mhardyarchitect.com under the project name. No oral, telegraphic, telephonic, or e-mail proposals will be considered. The current Certificate of Responsibility Number of the bidder shall appear on the outside of each sealed envelope containing a proposal, said envelope being plainly marked “PROPOSAL FOR – Pass Christian High School – Baseball and Softball Field Batting Cages”

Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid bond/security deposit or certified check in an amount equal to 5% of the bid, payable to the Pass Christian School District as bid security.

A Payment and Performance Bond and Builders Risk Insurance in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price shall be required of the successful bidder.

The Contract will be awarded to the lowest, best and acceptable bidder, except that Pass Christian School District reserves the right to waive any informality in the bidding and to reject any and all bids.

A Pre-Bid Meeting has been set for March 15, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. in the Pass Christian School District Board Room at 6457 Kiln Delisle Road, Pass Christian, MS 39571.
