A Pre-Bid Conference Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 9, 2021, beginning at 10:00 AM in the Conference Room, Physical Plant Building, Hinds Community College, 34175 Highway 18, Utica, Mississippi. Attendance by the General Contractors is not required to bid the job; however, attendance by the General Contractors is strongly suggested.

Bid preparation will be in accordance with Instructions to Bidders bound in the Project Manual. Hinds Community College reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids submitted.

Bids must be submitted on the form to be furnished by the Project Professional. Bid Envelope must be sealed, marked and addressed as follows:
