Sealed bids will be received by Albert & Robinson Architects at 514 Main Street, Hattiesburg, MS 39401 until 2 p.m. on Tuesday, May 18, 2021. At this time all proposals will be opened and read aloud for:

Historic Restoration prequalification must be sent to Albert & Robinson Architects for approval before plans and specs will be released. Bid documents may be obtained by contacting Larry Albert at Albert & Robinson Architects at (601) 544-1970. Bid documents are available in hard copy form for a cost of $100.00 per set of documents, made payable to Albert & Robinson Architects. Documents will be ordered through Plan House at www.ar-architectsprojects.com. If you have an account, you can log-in using your account log-in information. If you do not have an account, you can register for a free account. For assistance in registering for an account, you may contact Plan House at (601) 336-6378. In addition to physical sets of Bidding Documents, electronic copies, in PDF format, may be issued by Albert & Robinson Architects, PLLC, for a fee of $ 50.00. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the office of Albert & Robinson Architects, 514 Main Street, Hattiesburg, MS 39401 on May 7, 2021 at 2:00 p.m.. Attendance by all Bidders is strongly encouraged.

Each bid must be received in a sealed envelope which is marked in the lower left-hand corner with the legend,
