until 10:30 a.m. on Friday, May 21, 2021 at Yalobusha General Hospital and Nursing Home,
630 S. Main Street, Water Valley, MS 38965 in the hospital board room for:

Plans and specifications are being made available via Plan House Printing. Plan Holders are required to register and order bid documents at www.phbidding.co. (NOTE: The web extension is “CO” not “COM). Cost to obtain plans is non-refundable and must be purchased through the website. Proposal shall be submitted on Bid Forms provided with the specifications. Bids may be submitted in person or, for those interested, bids can be electronically submitted at www.phbidding.co. (NOTE: The web extension is “CO” not “COM) under the project name. No oral, telegraphic, telephonic, or e-mail proposals will be considered. The current Certificate of Responsibility Number of the bidder shall appear on the outside of each sealed envelope containing a proposal, said envelope being plainly marked “YALOBUSHA GENERAL HOSPITAL AND NURSING HOME – EMERGENCY GENERATOR REPLACEMENT”.

Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in an amount equal to 5% of the bid, payable to Yalobusha General Hospital and Nursing Home as bid security.

A Payment and Performance Bond and Builders Risk Insurance in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price shall be required of the successful bidder.

The Contract will be awarded to the lowest, best and acceptable bidder, except that Yalobusha General Hospital and Nursing Home reserves the right to waive any informality in the bidding and to reject any and all bids.

A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting has been set for May 7, 2021 at 9:00 a.m.
in the Yalobusha General Hospital and Nursing Home Board Room.
