Bid Tablets 2021 #9808

The Union County Board of Education will accept sealed bids for 300 instructional tablets for student use in the classroom. Bids are due no later than 10:00 AM on Friday, May 28, 2021 in the Office of the County Superintendent of Education located at 250 Carter Avenue, New Albany, MS. The sealed bids will be opened, publicly read aloud, and tabulated by the administration at the time bids are due. All sealed bids must be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope “Bid-Tablets”.
The Union County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. The equipment shall be delivered within 30 days of the issuance of the purchase order. If you are bidding an equivalent you must attach a sheet with the item number and specifications.

The bid must be received by 10:00 am on Friday, May 28, 2021 to be considered. Electronic bids are not required by the UCSD, but offered as an option to submit a bid at www.ucsdbids.com. We are not responsible for any delay in mail delivery. You can mail or deliver in person to:
