HOLMES COMMUNITY COLLEGE

Sealed bids will be received by Holmes Community College at the Purchasing Department, 9216 Highway 14, Goodman MS 39079 until 10:00 a.m. CST on Monday, November 15, 2021, for supplying all material, labor, and equipment necessary for construction of Artificial Turf and Shock Pad for Softball & Baseball Fields. All proposals must be on file with the College prior to the opening time stated above.

Complete plans and specifications may be obtained from the Architect, Emily Poole Architecture, PLLC, 656 Cypress Lane, Greenville MS 38701. Bidders shall be required to register for an account at www.emilypooleplans.com to view and order documents. Bidders are required to have a valid email address for registration. Original paper copies of the Contract Documents are available upon request. A fee of $150 shall be required for printed sets. No partial sets will be issued. All bidders must attend the mandatory pre-bid conference which will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, October 28, 2021, at the Holmes Community College Purchasing Department, located at 9216 Highway 14, Goodman MS 39079. Any prospective bidder who fails to attend the conference or remain for the duration shall be prohibited from submitting a bid for the project.
