Notice is hereby given that sealed bids or electronic bids will be received by the Alcorn School District for the Biggersville Elementary Multipurpose Building Flooring Project. Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. Thursday, June 22, 2023. Copies of the specifications for the project may be obtained the following ways:
1. Picked up in person at the district office at 31 CR 401, Corinth, MS 38834
2. Requested via email from Kimberly Woodard, Director of Finance at kwoodard@alcornschools.org
3. Obtained online from www.alcornchoolsbids.com
Bids will be opened at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, June 22, 2023 in the board room of the Alcorn School District located at 31 CR 401, Corinth, MS 38834. Bids may be submitted in person at the district office, mailed to the Alcorn School District at 31 CR 401, Corinth, MS 38834 or may be submitted electronically at www.alcornschoolsbids.com. Bids submitted in person or mailed must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marking “Biggersville Elementary Multipurpose Building Flooring Project.” Envelopes not so marked will remain sealed.
The Alcorn School District Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive any informalities.
