Plans and specifications may be obtained by contacting ABC Plan Room, AGC Plan Room, and Plan

House Printing in Tupelo, MS at the contractor’s expense. Questions for the A&E may be directed to

A pre-bid conference will be conducted August 16, 2023 at 10AM at the Amory Readiness Center, 1710

Hwy 25 North, Amory, MS 38821. ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO

ATTEND.

Bidders shall be advised that in accordance with the Mississippi Code, the Military Department

has Thirty (30) calendar days to deliver a warrant to the vendor from the date an application for payment

is determined to be due and payable under the terms and conditions of the contract.

The Adjutant General reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive informalities. Award

of contract is subject to availability of funds. Bids will be held open for 60 days from the bid date.
