20011 Gunter Road Water Relocation #14256

SEALED proposals will be received by Southern Rankin Water Association, Inc., Mississippi at the office of the Engineer, Heflin Engineering, LLC, 1700 West Government Street, Building "A", Suite "J" (P.O. Box 47) Brandon, Mississippi, 39042 or electronic bids submitted via www.Heflinengineeringbids.com until 10:00 A M, local time, October 13, 2023, at which time and place, the Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Any bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened.

The work shall consist of the construction of approximately 8,000 linear feet of water main and appurtenant items to avoid conflicts with proposed road construction along Gunter Road.

Copies of the Plans, Specifications and Contract documents are available for preview, download or in hard copy format from www.heflinengineering.com or for public viewing at the office of the Engineer, Heflin Engineering, LLC, 1700 West Government Street, Building “A”, Suite “J”, Brandon, MS. Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond, certified check or cashier's check in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid shall be furnished by each Bidder as required by the Contract Documents.

The Southern Rankin Water Association, Inc. reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any and all informalities, and reserves the right to hold all Bids for examination for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days and to award the Contract to the lowest and best Bid complying with the Specifications within said time.
