The Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Oxford, Mississippi, will receive sealed bids on the following:
Oxford Conference Center
Terrace Renovation

The CITY OF OXFORD is seeking bids from qualified contractors to renovate the 3,278 sf outdoor terrace at the Oxford Conference Center at 102 Ed Perry Boulevard. in Oxford, Mississippi. The scope of work includes concrete repairs, stonework, and plaster repair. The technical specifications are available to view free of charge at oxfordmsbids.com. Bidders are encouraged to download and review documents prior to submission. The bids may be submitted via hand-delivery, US Mail, or electronic submission. All bids are due on or before 10:00 am, Thursday, May 23, 2024. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond not less than 5% of the total bid.

Submit sealed (contractor must have Mississippi Certificate of Responsibility clearly labeled on outside of submission), hard copies via hand-delivery or mail to:
