General Notice:
The City of Moss Point, MS (Owner) is requesting Bids for the following Project:
Disaster Debris Removal Services

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Office of the City Clerk, Moss Point, MS located at 4320 McInnis Ave., Moss Point, MS 39563, until 12 Noon (CST) Thursday, June 20, 2024 local time. Bids received will be publicly opened and read Thursday, June 20, 2024 at 2:00 PM in the Moss Point City Hall Boardroom located at 4320 McInnis Ave., Moss Point, MS 39563.

The Request for Proposals includes the following Work:

The City of Moss Point is seeking bid responses from qualified firm(s) for services related to disaster debris removal and management services. The intent of this Request for Proposal is to establish a qualified firm to be utilized as required and needed throughout the City in the event of the need for disaster cleanup services. The selection will comply with the Title 2 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 200.

Obtaining the Bidding Documents:

Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found at the following designated websites:

Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the designated websites. Prospective Bidders must register with the designated websites as a plan holder. All plan holders are required to have a valid email address for registration. The designated websites will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated websites. The owner will not be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated websites. All bid documents must be purchased through the websites.
